Shipping

All items are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS overnight or ground.   The shipping charge will be indicated at the time your order is placed.   Please allow a maximum of 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.

Sales Tax

All orders with a Washington, DC shipping address will automatically be assessed the appropriate sales tax.

Terms and Conditions

Sylverwear is handcrafted, one-of-a-kind and limited edition jewelry.   All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.   If an item shown on this web site is unavailable, we will be happy to design a "similar" piece.   It is important to note that no two pieces can be made exactly alike, and these differences are an inherent part of the handcrafting process.   In addition, each creation is subject to the availability of materials.   The color and design are in a large-part maintained, however, the shape and size of the gemstones and beads may vary.

Refund and Return Policy

As all our jewelry is one-of-a-kind and limited editions, returns are accepted for repair or replacement only.   See our Repair Policy listed below.  Returns of defective merchandise, i.e. clasps, findings, are accepted for repair or replacement ONLY.   Refunds will be made within 15 days of purchase on unworn merchandise with a receipt.  But if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will do everything in our power to correct the situation to your satisfaction.   Sylverwear stands 100 percent behind the quality and workmanship of all of our jewelry creations.

Repairs

Sylverwear offers a (7) seven year repair policy on all of our jewelry.  Repair fees are assessed based on materials required.   "As long as you were them, we repair them" is our motto.   Call us at 202-722-2957 and we'll fill you in on the details.   Some restrictions apply.

Special and Custom Orders

The initial price quote for any custom or special order is an estimate only.   The final price of a custom order is calculated after production is completed.   Shipping fees are determined at this time as well.   Deposits and /or full payment is required at the time the order is placed.   Custom order deposits are non-refundable.   Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for completion of the order unless otherwise specified.   All orders must be paid-in-full prior to shipment.

Rentals

Sylverwear is happy to lease the use of it's one-of-a-kind and limited edition jewelry to qualified production companies, theater groups, modeling agencies, etc.   Call us for more details at 202-722-2957.
